Nonprofit Board Governance Training
The Nonprofit Board Governance Training equips individuals with essential skills to excel in nonprofit board service. Open to those who are new to board service or current board members seeking to enhance their knowledge.
Attendees will:
- Understand nonprofit board member roles and responsibilities.
- Strengthen financial literacy and fiduciary duties.
- Recognize role in fundraising and sustaining financial health.
- Explore governance models and leadership techniques.
