What is the Community Impact Project (CIP)?

Through the Community Impact Project (CIP), nonprofits partner with a team of leaders from the Leadership Columbus Signature Program to receive strategic, capacity-building support tailored to a current organizational need all at no cost.

Ideal partner agencies are nonprofits or other community-serving organizations located in Central Ohio.

Partner agencies must assign a dedicated staff member to commit 30-40 hours over the 10 month time period.

Project topics include data management, program development, marketing and branding, business planning, partnership development, diversity, organizational strategy, volunteer engagement, and more.

Branding for OVWA

Partnered with the Ohio Victim Witness Association (OVWA) to enhance its visibility and strengthen communication tools. The team refreshed OVWA’s branding identity, developed a social media strategy, and performed and audit of the website. 

Database Upgrade for LBFS

The Signature Program Team helped Little Bottoms Free Store identify a more robust and sustainable client management system.

Curriculum Development for WOCRA

Team Leadership Columbus assisted Women of Color Retail Alliance in enhancing and building out the concept for their masterclass, which is designed to scale their programming further.
