What is the Central Ohio Leadership Academy (COLA)?
The Central Ohio Leadership Academy (COLA) is a tuition-free, six-day program for rising high school juniors and seniors in Central Ohio, focused on developing leadership skills, confidence, and self-awareness to lead with purpose in their schools and communities.
Ideal candidates are:
- Rising high school juniors and seniors (Class of 2026 and 2027)
- Eager to develop leadership skills and are motivated to step outside their comfort zonse
- Interested in connecting with students from across Central Ohio.

Early Acceptance Deadline – April 11, 2025
COLA Week
- Monday, July 21 through Saturday, July 26, 2025
- 8am-4pm daily
- Participating students may be eligible for service hours.
