In The Mix: Pasta & Sauces Cooking Class

Alumni Members: Join us for a pasta and sauce cooking class at The Mix, the recreational cooking program at Columbus State Community College. Get ready to get hands-on as we roll, shape, and sauce our way through the foundations of fresh pasta making.

From dough preparation to shaping, filling, drying, freezing, and pairing with complementary sauces, we’ll explore the art of pasta from the inside out. Columbus State’s chefs will guide us step by step, sharing culinary techniques along with the cultural traditions and history that make each dish truly saucy.

No cooking experience required, just bring your appetite and we’ll help you knead the rest.
