Alumni DiSC Workshop

Spend some time with fellow Leadership Columbus alumni in a DiSC workshop that offers a fresh look at how you communicate, make decisions, and interact with others. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your own tendencies and how to work more effectively with the people around you.
Participants will:
- Complete an individual DiSC® assessment to identify their personal style.
- Gain insight into the different DiSC styles and their impact on workplace dynamics.
- Learn practical strategies to adapt communication across styles.
- Apply DiSC insights to enhance collaboration and team culture.
Free for members and $40 for non-members.
