SUMMARY:Reimagining the Table: Shaping the Future of Leadership
DESCRIPTION:As Columbus grows and leadership evolves\, who gets a seat at the table? The conversation will explore the informal barriers that determine who is seen\, sponsored\, trusted\, and selected for leadership roles. As well as what it looks like to widen access collaboratively and pass the baton across generations of leaders. As part of The Columbus Foundation’s The Big Table\, a brief panel comprised of representatives from the host organizations will set the stage for table discussions and networking across organizations. \nThe Big Table® is an annual community-wide day of conversation designed to inspire civic engagement and connection. At a time when many people feel lonely or disconnected\, creating space for genuine human connection matters more than ever. Through intentional dialogue\, Big Table participants are encouraged to meet new people\, share their lived experiences\, and actively listen to build a kinder\, more connected community where everyone has a seat at the table. \nAgenda \n\n4 – 4:30pm Welcome & Networking\n4:30pm – 5pm Panel Discussion\n5pm – 5:45pm Table Conversations\n\nPlease RSVP through the event registration to confirm your participation. Leadership Columbus is not managing event registration\, so an RSVP is required though the event host to reserve your spot. \nThis event is open to participants and graduates of the host organizations.
